The ‘Five Tibetan Rites’ or the Fountain of Youth exercises as they are often referred to, is a yoga sequence considered to be over 2,500 years old. Encompassing a range of health benefits, it helps balance the chakras, reverse the effects of aging and detoxification of impurities within the body. Effectively strengthening and stretching all the main muscles, it realigns the body’s energies, leading to an instant feeling of rejuvenation. Practise these ‘Five Tibetan Rites’ every day and experience renewed vigour and wellbeing. #SRMDYoga
