In this video, i will tell you some tips to cure Joint pains at home, naturally. There are many foods, on Earth which can be used, to cure different diseases. So, it is necessary to know how to use them, to cure different health problems. Joint pain is one disease, common in old age, because their cells, have degenerated. Other causes are accident, injury, gout & infections like, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus. In case you have a serious injury or degeneration and muscular tendons, near the joint area are severely injured, you should see a doctor, for a direct examination and counseling. If, joint pain not cured by application of the tips we are discussing, then you must consult a doctor for proper treatment. However, if you want to prevent this disease, or your condition is not, too sever, you can apply the tips to cure joint pain at home. This is time consuming, but very effective. Let’s count those tips.
Tip NO.1. Apple Cider Vinegar & Honey.
In a book by Dr. Theodore A. Baroody, he wrote: “mercy or die”. Enzymes from, apple cider vinegar are a wonderful remedy to reduce the joint pains. it is rich in minerals like potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus, which are good for bones and joints. Other nutrients like sulfur, iron, phosphorus, copper, natural sodium, fluorine and silicon are also, present in apple cider vinegar.These nutrients have a good analgesic effect. Similarly, honey has high antibacterial properties, helps to reduce, joint pain effectively. Take one teaspoon of fresh (untreated) apple cider vinegar, one teaspoon of honey, and a glass of warm water. Mix honey and apple cider vinegar in glass of warm water, and stir well. Drink it 2 to 3 times a day, preferably before eating. You should continue to treat joint pain by using this simple remedy. because apart from helping to reduce joint pain, apple cider vinegar is also, for overall health.
Tip No. 2. Apple Cider Vinegar & Olive Oil.
Olive oil is rich in oleocanthal compounds, which can prevent inflammation and, swelling of the joints. Mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, with one teaspoon of pure olive oil. Stir well and, Use this mixture to gently massage the injured joints several times a day. Follow this remedy daily until the patient no longer feels pain.
Tip NO. 3. Ginger And Turmeric.
Curcumin that is in, ginger and, turmeric has strong anti-inflammatory properties. Research has shown that turmeric is the best active ingredient, for reducing joint pain naturally. Place a glass of water in the pot and heat until warm, Add 1 teaspoon of ginger powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, Turn off the stove, let it cool then squeeze a slice of lemon and drink. You may drink more than one cup a day, depending on the degree of joint pain. Consult doctor if you have bleeding disorders or blood thinning medications.
Tip No. 4. Green Tea and honey.
According to a study published in 2011, on Arthritis Research and Therapy, green tea helps to prevent and control joint pain. It has anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidant properties, which help to reduce joint pain and swelling. Green tea helps to protect bone density and maintain bone strength. Add some green tea leaves to the cup of water and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Filter the water and add a teaspoon of honey to drink. Drink 2-3 cups of green tea in a day, to get the best effect.
Tip No.5. Honey And Cinnamon.
Take a spoon of honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, and a glass of warm water. Mix honey and cinnamon powder in glass of warm water and drink regularly, in the morning and evening.This
can help to get rid of chronic joint pain. One can make paste mixture of it by adding some honey and cinnamon powder, in warm water. apply the mixture to the sore and apply slowly, gently. Joint pain will decrease in a few minutes.
