🧘♀️Do the Yoga poses for as long as you want.
🔥Shreds are 20 seconds all-out activity / 10 seconds rest
⭐️ Do 4-8 rounds of each Shred as noted!
💪Hand weights optional: I used 2 yoga blocks, 2 kettlebells and a chair.
