Maintaining flexibility and open hips during pregnancy will help you with labor & reducing common complaints such as low back pain. This class also focuses on side bends, hip openers and will move you through the Warrior Sequence. Kelsy is 29 weeks pregnant, a little over 7 months.

This class is suitable for all trimesters, however first trimester mamas should be gentle with twisting motions.
